What is this Resource:
The purpose of this resource is to maintain a single dashboard that lists Welsh and bilingual resources to support the work of teachers and lecturers in the field of care. It is a directory of educational resources in the field of care for the post-16 education sector. The range of resources includes documents, interactive activities and apps. It also includes a guide to the relevant laws and policies that set the framework for the education sector's delivery.
The resource was created for teachers and lecturers in the field of care in the post-16 sector, focusing on the requirements of teaching staff in further education colleges.
To meet the call from the further education sector to improve the availability of Welsh medium and bilingual resources in the field of care, and to provide an opportunity to identify and share good practice. The field of health and care is also one of the Welsh Government's priorities with respect to increasing Welsh medium provision in the further education sector.
Improving this resource:
We welcome feedback on the relevance of the resource to educators. We also welcome suggestions for new content or references to other resources that are relevant to the field of care.

It offers a range of services to its member colleges, including the coordination of a number of networks for specific areas in the management of colleges, such as the Teaching and Network; the Bilingualism Network; the Health and Socical Care Network; the Construction Network.
